POWER SYSTEM OPERATION SUPPORT APPARATUS, METHOD, AND VIBRATION SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

To provide a power system operation support apparatus, method, and a vibration suppression system, for presenting to a power system operator a guarantee test result of a generation source specified as the generation source of an unstable vibration that is generated in real time in order to stabilize the power system.SOLUTION: The power system operation support apparatus includes: a multi-signal frequency identification unit for calculating a vibration frequency with measurement data to be measured and a frequency identification parameter for calculating a frequency component of the measurement data as an input; a generation source candidate calculation unit for calculating a generation source candidate of unstable vibration generated in the power system with the calculated vibration frequency as an input; a generation source assurance test unit for calculating a guarantee test result of the generation source candidate; and a display unit for displaying the vibration frequency, the generation source candidate, and the guarantee test result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電力系統の安定化を図るため、電力系統の運用者に対しリアルタイムで発生する不安定振動の発生源と特定された発生源の保証テスト結果を提示する電力系統運用支援装置および方法、並びに振動抑制システムを提供する。【解決手段】計測対象の計測データと、前記計測データの周波数成分を算出するための周波数特定パラメータとを入力として、振動周波数を算出する多信号周波数特定部と、算出された振動周波数を入力として、電力系統に発生した不安定振動の発生源候補を算出する発生源候補算出部と、発生源候補の保証テスト結果を算出する発生源保証テスト部と、振動周波数と発生源候補と保証テスト結果を表示する表示部とを備えることを特徴とする電力系統運用支援装置。【選択図】図１
