Zusammenfassung:To prevent characteristics from deteriorating caused by an external terminal crossing a permanent magnet in an irreversible circuit element having a configuration allowing for implementation in which a plane direction of a central conductor is horizontal to an implementation direction.SOLUTION: An irreversible circuit element includes a permanent magnet M, a magnetic material 31 having an insulation property, a magnetic rotor 40 sandwiched between the permanent magnet M and the magnetic material 31, and external terminals 21-23. The magnetic rotor 40 includes a central conductor 70 connected to the external electrodes 21-23, and ferrite cores 41 and 42 having the central conductor 70 sandwiched between them. The external terminals 21-23 are provided so as to cover sides of the magnetic material 31 without covering sides of the permanent magnet M. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent deterioration of high-frequency characteristics due to contact of the external terminals 21-23 with the permanent magnet M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】中心導体の面方向が実装方向に対して水平となるよう実装可能な構成を有する非可逆回路素子において、外部端子が永久磁石を横切ることによる特性の悪化を防止することを目的とする。【解決手段】永久磁石Mと、絶縁性を有する磁性体31と、永久磁石Mと磁性体31に挟まれた磁気回転子40と、外部端子21〜23とを備える。磁気回転子40は、外部電極21〜23に接続された中心導体70と、中心導体70を挟み込むフェライトコア41,42とを含む。外部端子21〜23は、永久磁石Mの側面を覆うことなく磁性体31の側面を覆うように設けられている。本発明によれば、外部端子21〜23が永久磁石Mと接することによる高周波特性の劣化を防止することが可能となる。【選択図】図1
