Zusammenfassung:To mount a lens unit having an optical lens and a sensor plate on which an image pick-up device is installed, with improved impact resistance and enhanced workability in an assembly process.SOLUTION: A spring 27 arranged at a screwed part 23 where a lens unit 21 and a sensor plate 51 are screwed, a fixing boss 25 that protrudes in the proximity of the screwed part 23 of the lens unit 21, and a fixing hole 55 formed in the proximity of the screwed part 53 of the sensor plate 51 are provided. The sensor plate 51 is assembled to the lens unit 21 in the state of being lifted by an energizing force of the spring 27, an imaging surface of an imaging device 61 is assembled in the state of being subject to tilt adjustment so that the imaging surface is perpendicular to an optical axis, and the sensor plate 51 is fixed to the lens unit 21 with an adhesive agent 65 filled in a gap between the fixing hole 55 and the fixing boss 25 that is inserted being solidified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】光学レンズを有するレンズユニットと撮像素子を搭載したセンサープレートとの実装において、耐衝撃性の向上を図りながら組立工程における作業性の向上を図る。【解決手段】レンズユニット21とセンサープレート51とのネジ止め部23に配置されたバネ27と、レンズユニット21のネジ止め部23近傍に突出した固定用ボス25と、センサープレート51のネジ止め部53の近傍に形成された固定用孔55と、を備え、レンズユニット21に対しセンサープレート51がバネ27の付勢により浮いた状態で組み付けられているとともに、撮像素子61の撮像面が光軸に対して垂直になるようにあおり調整された状態で組み付けられており、固定用孔55と挿入された固定用ボス25との隙間に充填された接着剤65が固化した状態で、レンズユニット21にセンサープレート51が固定されている。【選択図】図1
