Step 101: an inspection step for nondestructively inspecting the denier of an aggregate of carbon fiber or the deposit. Step 201: a step for grasping denier unevenness on the basis of the inspection result of the step 101. Step 301: a step for adding an aggregate of non-continuous carbon fiber and/or a thermoplastic resin to an insufficient denier spot so as to reduce denier unevenness on the basis of the denier unevenness in the step 201.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】材料のわずかな目付斑の定量的な検査が可能となるとともに、その検査工程を経ることによって目付斑が抑制された炭素繊維複合材料を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂と炭素繊維とを含む一辺の長さが300mm以上の堆積物の製造方法であって、以下の工程を含む。工程101:炭素繊維の集合体または前記堆積物の目付を非破壊で検査する検査工程。工程201:前記工程101の検査結果に基づいて、目付斑を把握する工程。工程301:工程201の前記目付斑に基づいて、目付不足箇所に目付斑を低減するように不連続炭素繊維の集合体、および/もしくは熱可塑性樹脂を付加する工程。【選択図】なし |
