Zusammenfassung:To provide a cutting edge part intrusion width measurement system capable of measuring a cutting edge part's intrusion width into the ground and a caisson immersion method using the system.SOLUTION: A cutting edge part intrusion width measurement system 100 includes: a distance measurement device 10; a sensor unit 20; a boundary identification unit 32; and a measurement unit 33. The distance measurement device 10 measures distances to an exposed ground surface G2' exposed to a workroom R and to an inner peripheral surface 4a of a cutting edge part 4. The sensor unit 20 outputs an identification signal S by which a height range H of a ground intrusion part of the inner peripheral surface 4a can be identified. On the basis of results of the distance measurement, the boundary identification unit 32 identifies a boundary W between an exposure region of the inner peripheral surface 4a and an intrusion region into the ground G. On the basis of an identification result of the boundary W and the identification signal S, the measurement unit 33 measures an intrusion width B of the cutting edge part 4. A caisson immersion method includes immersing a pneumatic caisson 1 to a predetermined depth while adjusting an amount of the cutting edge part 4 excavating a lower ground G2 using measurement results of the cutting edge part intrusion width measurement system 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】刃口部の地盤への貫入幅を測定可能な刃口部貫入幅測定システム及びこれを利用したケーソン沈設方法を提供する。【解決手段】刃口部貫入幅測定システム100は測距装置10とセンサー部20と境界特定部32と計測部33とを含む。測距装置10は作業室Rに露出する露出地盤面G2'及び刃口部4の内周面4aまでの距離を測定する。センサー部20は内周面4aにおける地盤貫入部位について高さ範囲Hを識別可能な識別信号Sを出力する。境界特定部32は測距結果に基づき内周面4aの露出領域と地盤Gへの貫入領域との境界Wを特定する。計測部33は境界Wの特定結果と識別信号Sとに基づき刃口部4の貫入幅Bを計測する。ケーソン沈設方法は、刃口部貫入幅測定システム100の測定結果を利用して刃口部4の下方地盤G2の掘削量を調整しつつニューマチックケーソン1を所定深さに沈設する。【選択図】図1
