Zusammenfassung:To provide a power conversion device that can record information necessary for failure diagnosis with the addition of a simple configuration for the state of destruction due to reverse connection of a power supply.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes an IC 4, a three-phase inverter circuit 5, and a microcomputer 20. The IC 4 includes a power supply circuit 41 (low dropout voltage regulator), a current detection circuit 42, an inverting boost circuit 43, and a reverse voltage detection circuit 44. The microcomputer 20 operates by being supplied with power from the power supply circuit 41. When a battery 2 is reversely connected between power input terminals A1 and A2, a current flows through a diode of the three-phase inverter circuit 5, and a voltage of -2 Vf is applied. The inverting boosting circuit 43 supplies power to the power supply circuit 41 by the boosting operation to operate the microcomputer 20, and stores the reverse voltage in a nonvolatile memory 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電源の逆接続による破壊の状態について、簡単な構成の付加で故障診断に必要な情報を記録することができる電力変換装置を提供する。【解決手段】電力変換装置1は、IC4と、三相インバータ回路5と、マイコン20と、を備える。IC4には電源回路41(低ドロップアウト電圧レギュレータ)、電流検出回路42、反転昇圧回路43および逆電圧検出回路44などを備える。マイコン20は、電源回路41から給電されて動作する。バッテリ2が電源入力端子A1、A2間に逆接続されると、三相インバータ回路5のダイオードに電流が流れ、−2Vfの電圧がかかる。反転昇圧回路43は、昇圧動作により電源回路41に給電してマイコン20を動作させ、不揮発性メモリ21に逆電圧を記憶させる。【選択図】図1
