WORK SUPPORT TOOL

To reduce a burden and improve a degree of freedom of an operation of an operator who operates a hot stick to improve work efficiency without being influenced by work environment by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A work support tool 100 is constituted, which comprises: a body belt 110 which forms a belt shape and forms an openable ring; and a holder 120 which is attached to the body belt 110, forms a cylindrical, or conical or truncated conical outer shape, and comprises an opening on one end side in a shaft center direction. Thus, since a load by a hot stick 301 and a tip tool 301a attached to the hot stick 301 can be received at the body belt (110) worn on the body of an operator 300, namely a body (waist) part of the operator 300, a burden of the operator 300 can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】簡易な構成で、作業環境に左右されることなく、ホットスティックを操作する作業者の負担軽減および作業の自由度の向上を図り、作業効率の向上を図ること。【解決手段】帯形状をなし、開放可能な環を形成する胴ベルト１１０と、胴ベルト１１０に取り付けられて、円筒形状、円錐形状または円錐台形状の外形をなし、軸心方向における一端側に開口を備えたホルダー１２０と、を備えた作業支援具１００を構成した。これにより、ホットスティック３０１およびホットスティック３０１に取り付けられた先端工具３０１ａによる荷重を作業者３００の胴に装着された胴ベルト１１０すなわち作業者３００の胴（腰）部分で受けることができるので、作業者３００の負担軽減を図ることができる。【選択図】図３
