Zusammenfassung: | To preferably perform connection and removal of an outer flow channel, and suppress entry of bubbles to the inside even in the case where the connection and removal are repeated.SOLUTION: A cell-capturing device 1 comprises: flow channels 3A, 4A, 7A, 7B as introduction flow channels for introducing test solution or treatment solution into the device; a flow channel 9A as a discharge flow channel for discharging liquid to the outside; and a housing 50 in which the flow channel is provided inside the housing. The device has: flow channel connection parts 81 to 86 to which acicular device connection parts are attachable; and opening/closing valve mechanisms 210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 260 which control opening/closing of liquid circulation by inserting and removing the device connection parts. The opening/closing valve mechanism has: annular sealing members; a spring member which is provided inside the flow channel and whose one end is fixed inside the flow channel and the other end is a free end; and a closing member attached to the other end of the spring member. The closing member comes into contact with the annular sealing member, and the spring member and the closing member are provided inside the flow channel in the state where the spring member receives a load in a compression direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
