Zusammenfassung:To provide a flexible printed wiring board provided with a terminal hole which is less likely to induce a soldering defect and has high hole processing accuracy.SOLUTION: A flexible printed wiring board according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an insulating base film, a conductive pattern laminated on at least one surface side of the base film, a reinforcing plate laminated on the other surface side of the base film, and a terminal hole penetrating the conductive pattern, the base film, and the reinforcing plate in this order, and the reinforcing plate has a multilayer structure in which a plurality of polyimide films are bonded via an adhesive layer, and the inner wall surface of the terminal hole is continuous at a boundary between the conductive pattern and the base film and at a boundary between the base film and the reinforcing plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、半田付け不良が誘発され難く、かつ高い穴加工精度を有する端子穴を備えたフレキシブルプリント配線板の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係るフレキシブルプリント配線板は、絶縁性を有するベースフィルムと、上記ベースフィルムの少なくとも一方の面側に積層される導電パターンと、上記ベースフィルムの他方の面側に積層される補強板と、上記導電パターン、ベースフィルム及び補強板をこの順に貫通する端子穴を備え、上記補強板が、複数のポリイミドフィルムが接着剤層を介して接着された多層構造を有し、上記端子穴の内壁面が、上記導電パターン及び上記ベースフィルムの境界と、上記ベースフィルム及び上記補強板の境界とにおいて連続する。【選択図】図1
