OUTDOOR PIPING AND PIPE JOINT COVER MEMBER

To provide novel outdoor piping of which the commercial value is improved by adding a new function.SOLUTION: In outdoor piping 10 which is laid along an exterior wall surface 100 of a building, a new function of a crime prevention function is added to the outdoor piping by attaching a crime prevention apparatus such as a monitoring camera 14 to a piping member such as a pipe joint 12. The outdoor piping 10 is a drain pipe, a water supply pipe, a rainwater pipe, a vent pipe or a gas pipe that is laid along the exterior wall surface 100 of the building, and includes the piping member 12 constituting a fluid channel and the crime prevention apparatus 14 attached to the piping member 12. The crime prevention apparatus 14 is an apparatus deemed effective for crime prevention or an apparatus deemed to present effects in crime prevention.
