RAILWAY RAIL LOADING AND UNLOADING DEVICE

To provide a device capable of greatly improving efficiency of an entire rail loading and unloading operation.SOLUTION: A railway rail loading and unloading device comprises: a base plate 2 attached to a flat floor surface of a rail transport vehicle; a pair of posts 4 attached to ends of the base plate 2 located on a side edge part side of the floor surface of the rail transport vehicle such that a posture can be changed between a state of standing on the floor surface and a state of falling along the floor surface; girders 7 each attached to the top of the post 4 so as to be able to bend in a direction in which the post 4 extends and a direction perpendicular to the post 4; and a lifting unit 8 attached to the girder 7 so as to be movable in a lengthwise direction of the girder 7 and capable of lifting and suspending the rails.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】レール積み卸し作業全体を大幅に効率化できる装置を提供する。【解決手段】レール運搬車のフラットな床面に取り付けられるベースプレート２と、ベースプレート２のレール運搬車における床面の側縁部側に位置する端部に、床面に対して起立した状態と前記床面に沿って倒れた状態とに姿勢を変えられるように取り付けられたポスト４と、ポスト４の頂部に、ポスト４の延長方向とポスト４に対する直角方向とに折り曲げ可能に取り付けられたガーダー７と、ガーダー７に、ガーダー７の長さ方向に移動自在に取り付けられかつレールを吊り上げおよび吊り下ろしできる昇降ユニット８とから構成されている。【選択図】図１
