WATER CUT-OFF SHEET

To provide a water cut-off sheet which can improve the storage capability and can maintain water cut-off performance.SOLUTION: A water cut-off sheet 10 includes a water stop member 11 and an elastic member 12. The water stop member 11 is in the form of a sheet-like shape and has a first surface 23 and a second surface 24 on the opposite side of the first surface 23. The elastic member 12 is disposed along an end face 21 of the water stop member 11. The elastic member 12 has a fixing portion 31 and a first projecting portion 32. The fixing portion 31 is fixed to the second surface 24 of the water stop member 11. The first projecting portion 32 projects from the end face 21 of the water stop member 11.
