ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SHIELDING MEMBER AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME

To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding member capable of realizing an absorption of 10 dB or more in at least a frequency band of 70 GHz to 90 GHz including at least the 76 GHz band and the 79 GHz band.SOLUTION: This electromagnetic wave shielding member comprises a resin such as a thermosetting resin, a thermoplastic resin, or an elastomer as base material, a baked rice hull of 5 phr to 20 phr which has a mean particle size of about 150 μm to 1000 μm upon being mixed with the resin, and a cross-linking agent of 1 phr to 5 phr to be mixed with the resin, which is mineral oil and the like containing the same components as the resin.
