Zusammenfassung:	To provide a puncture aid which allows a hand to be kept in a position ready for puncturing when dTRI (distal Trans Radial Intervention) is performed.SOLUTION: A puncture aid 100 includes: a grip part 10 holdable by either hand H of a patient; and a wall part 20 disposed outward of the grip part for allowing a puncture site of the hand to be exposed and for preventing the fingers of the hand from being extended. The wall part comprises: a first wall portion 21 for at least partially surrounding the hand when the wall part is installed; and a second wall portion 22 for at least partially surrounding the forearm of the patient when the wall part is installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ｄＴＲＩ（ｄｉｓｔａｌＴｒａｎｓＲａｄｉａｌＩｎｔｅｒｖｅｎｔｉｏｎ）の際に手を穿刺しやすい姿勢にできる穿刺補助具を提供する。【解決手段】穿刺補助具１００は、患者のいずれかの手Ｈによって握持可能な握り部１０と、握り部の外方に配置され、手の穿刺部位を露出させるとともに手の指を伸ばした状態とすることを妨げる壁部２０し、壁部は、壁部の装着状態において手を少なくとも部分的に包囲する第１壁部２１と、装着状態において患者の前腕を少なくとも部分的に包囲する第２壁部２２を備える。【選択図】図１
