To provide a microscope system that supports analysis of a cultured cell.SOLUTION: A microscope system 10 comprises: a microscope apparatus 20 which images a cultured cell C carried out from an incubator 120 to acquire a microscopic image of the cultured cell; and a control device 30 which associates the culture condition with the microscopic image of the cultured cell and records them in a storage. A culture monitoring system 100 including the microscope system and the incubator monitors the culture state of the cultured cell.
