BASE FOR VIBRATION ELEMENT, VIBRATOR AND OSCILLATOR

To provide a base for vibration element, vibrator and oscillator, capable of improving vibration resistance by suppressing an influence of vibration from the outside for high phase noise characteristic.SOLUTION: The base includes: a connection part 14 connected with a substrate of a package 3 along a long side of a main body; clearance parts 10c, 10d formed along a long side inside the connection part 14; a loading part 11 of a crystal piece 2 sandwiched by the clearance parts 10c, 10d; an extension part 12 formed by extending the loading part 11 in a short side direction; and a connection part 13 for connecting the extension part 12 with the connection part 14, and to provide a vibrator and an oscillator having the base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 外部からの振動の影響を抑えて耐振性を向上させ、位相雑音特性を良好にできる振動素子用の台座、振動子及び発振器を提供する。【解決手段】 本体の長辺に沿ってパッケージ３の基板に接続する接続部１４と、接続部１４の内側に長辺に沿って形成された隙間部１０ｃ，１０ｄと、隙間部１０ｃ，１０ｄで挟まれた、水晶片２の搭載部１１と、搭載部１１を短辺方向に延設した延設部１２と、延設部１２と接続部１４を連結する連結部１３とを有する台座であり、それを備えた振動子及び発振器である。【選択図】 図２
