Zusammenfassung: | To provide a novel compound exhibiting n type semiconductor property with both of stability in air and solvent solubility, and a semiconductor element exhibiting stability in air and n type semiconductor property by using the compound, under situation that there is less report of n type semiconductor compared to p type semiconductor, especially there is almost no report of n type semiconductor having semiconductor property, and both of stability in air and solvent solubility.SOLUTION: It was found that a B2T derivative having a substituent with a specific structure provides a semiconductor material having stability in air, n type semiconductor property, and solvent solubility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 有機半導体において、p型半導体と比較してn型半導体の報告例は少なく、特に、半導体特性と、空気中での安定性と、溶媒溶解性とを兼ね備えた、n型半導体の報告例はほとんどなかった。したがって、本発明の課題は、空気中での安定性と溶媒溶解性とを兼ね備えたn型半導体特性を呈する新規化合物を提供することにある。ひいては、該化合物を用いて、空気中での安定性とn型半導体特性を呈する半導体素子を提供することにある。【解決手段】 特定構造の置換基を有するB2T誘導体が、空気中での安定性、n型半導体特性、溶媒溶解性を兼備した半導体材料を与えることを見いだし、本発明を完成するに至った。【選択図】 図1 |
