EASILY OPENABLE PACKAGING BAG

To provide an easily openable packaging bag that does not affect the openability even when a position of an opening cutting line is shifted due to manufacturing.SOLUTION: An easily openable packaging bag 10 includes a first surface 11, a second surface 12, an upper edge 13, a lower edge 14, a first side edge 15 and a second side edge 16. A first side edge seal part 17 and a second side edge seal part 18 are formed at the first side edge 15 and the second side edge 16, respectively. The first surface 11 and the second surface 12 are respectively formed with opening cut lines 21 and 22, and a first through hole 31 and a second through hole 32 are formed at least one of the first side edge seal part 17 and the second side edge seal part 18.
