To provide a bag storage container 1 which can be prepared by a simple operation of putting bags as they are into a centrifugal cup 30.SOLUTION: The bag storage container (1) has no lid on the upper part (U) side, with the lower part (D) side having a body (2) with a bottom. The body (2) inside is sectioned into two chambers of a parent bag storage chamber (SP1) and a child bag storage chamber (SP2) by using a partition (3). In the parent bag storage chamber (SP1), there is arranged a pressurizing means (13) for the parent bags (11).
