Zusammenfassung: | To provide an exhaust drain unit for fuel cell system capable realizing freezing prevention even if a resin material is used.SOLUTION: An exhaust drain unit 50 for fuel cell system comprises a gas liquid separator 51 for separating formation water from fuel off-gas exhausted from a fuel cell 10, an exhaust drain valve 52 placed in the downstream of the gas liquid separator 51, and a resin unit body 53 integrated with the gas liquid separator 51 and the exhaust drain valve 52. In the unit body 53, a primary drainage duct 531 interconnecting the gas liquid separator 51 and the exhaust drain valve 52 and provided with a valve seat 54 at the end on the exhaust drain valve 52 side, a secondary drainage duct 532 communicating with the primary drainage duct 531 via the exhaust drain valve 52, and a hot-water duct 533 surrounding the primary drainage duct 531 and the secondary drainage duct 532 are provided respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】樹脂材料を用いても凍結防止を実現できる燃料電池システム用の排気排水ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】燃料電池システム用の排気排水ユニット50は、燃料電池10より排出される燃料オフガスから生成水を分離する気液分離器51と、気液分離器51の下流に配置される排気排水弁52と、気液分離器51及び排気排水弁52と一体化される樹脂製のユニット本体53とを備える。ユニット本体53の内部には、気液分離器51と排気排水弁52とを連通するとともに排気排水弁52側の端部に弁座54が設けられる一次側排水流路531と、排気排水弁52を介して一次側排水流路531と連通する二次側排水流路532と、一次側排水流路531及び二次側排水流路532を取り囲む温水流路533とがそれぞれ設けられている。【選択図】図2 |
