Zusammenfassung: | To provide a satellite observation scheduling system and the like that conduct optimal observation, by calculating a combination with respect to an observation opportunity for each observation spot according to a satellite including a sensor for surface observation, and minimizing an evaluation function for each combination.SOLUTION: A satellite observation scheduling system includes: a satellite trajectory calculation part 3; an observation request reception part 2; an observation opportunity calculation part 4; an observation opportunity combination management part 5; a posture control conflict determination part 6; and an observation opportunity combination evaluation part 7. The posture control conflict determination part determines acceptance/rejection of posture control of a satellite, for each combination of an observation spot and an observation opportunity, until an observation opportunity with respect to an observation spot. The observation opportunity combination management part excludes, from observation objects, an observation spot that is determined to be impossible to posture control. The observation opportunity combination evaluation part determines an optimal combination according to an evaluation function for calculating a combination which minimizes a total sum of a value calculated from two variables consisting of a difference between observation time and reference time, and a difference between an off-nadir angle and an optimal off-nadir angle, and which maximizes a number of observation spots being observation objects, for each combination of an observation spot and an observation opportunity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 地表観測用センサを有する衛星による観測地点ごとの観測機会に対する組合せを算出し、組合せごとの評価関数を最小化して、最適な観測を行う衛星観測スケジューリングシステム等を提供する。【解決手段】衛星軌道計算部3、観測要求受付部2、観測機会算出部4、観測機会組合せ管理部5、姿勢制御競合判定部6、観測機会組合せ評価部7を備え、姿勢制御競合判定部は、観測地点と観測機会の組合せごとに観測地点に対する観測機会までに衛星の姿勢制御の可否を判定し、観測機会組合せ管理部は、姿勢制御不可と判定された観測地点を観測対象外とし、観測機会組合せ評価部は、観測地点と観測機会の組合せごとに、観測時刻と基準時刻の差及びオフナディア角と最適オフナディア角の差の二つの変数から算出される値の総和が最小となり、かつ、観測対象となる観測地点の数が最大となる組合せを算出する評価関数によって最適な組合せを決定する。【選択図】図1 |
