Zusammenfassung: | To form spiral groove by laser processing on a thin-wall small-diameter pipe used for an ultra-fine spring probe.SOLUTION: A pair of rotary drive devices 16 that support and rotate both ends of the thin-wall small-diameter pipe 1 are installed so as to face each other, and a means for rotating said pair of rotary drive devices in synchronization is provided, configuring to perform positioning in the rotational direction of said thin-wall small-diameter pipe. In addition, reference seats 26 and 27 are provided for positioning both ends of the thin-wall small-diameter pipe, and the elastic member 30a installed beside the reference surface is pushed aside to bring it to said reference seat, configuring to press both the ends of said thin-wall small-diameter pipe, which has been brought into the reference seat, against said reference surface to be supported by said elastic member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】極細スプリングプローブに供せられる薄肉小径パイプに、レーザ加工によって螺旋溝を形成する。【解決手段】薄肉小径円筒1の両端部を支持して回転する一対の回転駆動装置16を対向するように設置し、前記一対の回転駆動装置を同期して回転させる手段を設けて、前記薄肉小径パイプの回転方向の位置決めを行う構成としている。また、前記薄肉小径パイプの両端部を位置決めする基準座26、27を設け、基準面の傍らに設置した弾性部材30aを押しのけて前記の基準座まで持ち込むようにすると共に、前記の基準座に持ち込まれた前記薄肉小径パイプの両端部を前記の弾性部材で前記基準面に押付けて支持する構成としている。【選択図】図3 |
