Zusammenfassung:	To provide a seal structure of a rotary shaft in a drying machine with stirring blades in which a processed material casted in a jacket is prevented from leaking to the outside out of the circumference of a stirring blade shaft.SOLUTION: An inlet side packing box 15 is detachably attached to a circumference of rotary shafts 3a, 3b arranged to penetrate through an end plate 14 of an inlet side of a drying machine with stirring blades 1 separately from an end plate 14, and an inlet side gland packing 17a is arranged in the inlet side packing box 15. Also, a sleeve 19 is arranged in the circumference of the rotary shafts 3a, 3b at an outlet side, and an outlet side packing box 18 is detachably attached separately from a dam plate 6, and also an outlet side gland packing 17b is arranged in the outlet side packing box 18. Further, a water injection mechanism 30 is included in order to supply water between the outlet side packing box 18 and the sleeve 19, and thereby a processed material is prevented from leaking to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】ジャケット内に投入した被処理物が撹拌翼軸の周囲から外部へ漏出することを防止した撹拌翼付乾燥機における回転軸のシール構造を提供する。【解決手段】撹拌翼付乾燥機１の投入口側の鏡板１４を貫通するように配置された回転軸３ａ，３ｂに周囲に投入口側パッキンボックス１５を鏡板１４とは別体にして着脱可能に取り付けると共に、投入口側パッキンボックス１５内に投入口側グランドパッキン１７ａを配置する。また、排出口側では、回転軸３ａ，３ｂの周囲にスリーブ１９を配置すると共に、排出口側パッキンボックス１８を堰板６とは別体にして着脱可能に取り付け、排出口側パッキンボックス１８内に排出口側グランドパッキン１７ｂを配置する。さらに、排出口側パッキンボックス１８とスリーブ１９との間に水を供給するために注水機構３０を備え、これにより被処理物の外部への漏出を防止する。【選択図】図７
