Zusammenfassung:To easily manage the fastening force between a magnetic body, a first shaft member, a second shaft member, and the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical member, and suppress the difficulty of transmission of torque to at least one of the first shaft member and the second shaft member.SOLUTION: A first shaft member 18 and a first resin portion 30 are engaged with each other by a first shaft member rotation stopping portion 51, and the first shaft member 18 is prevented from rotating with respect to the first resin portion 30, a second shaft member 19 and a second resin portion 40 are engaged with each other by a second shaft member rotation stopping portion 52, and the second shaft member 19 is prevented from rotating with respect to the second resin portion 40.
