Zusammenfassung: | To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery which has high weight energy density, has an excellent charge-discharge behavior, and in which a lithium dendrite is hardly formed during charging.SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous secondary battery having an electrode body and a nonaqueous electrolyte in a battery container, the electrode body is structured by a positive electrode having a positive electrode active material layer, a negative electrode having a negative electrode active material layer, and a porosity insulation layer inserted between the positive electrode and the negative electrode and containing an inorganic insulation body of 80 mass% or more. A vacancy ratio of the insulation layer is 50% or less, a mass of the nonaqueous electrolyte is 2% or more 60% or less for a total sum of a mass of the positive electrode active material layer, the negative electrode active material layer, and the insulation layer and the total sum of the mass of the nonaqueous electrolyte.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 重量エネルギー密度が高く、かつ充放電特性に優れると共に、充電時にリチウムデンドライトが形成されにくく安全性の高い非水二次電池を提供する。【解決手段】 電池容器内に、電極体と非水電解液を有する非水二次電池において、前記電極体を、正極活物質層を有する正極と、負極活物質層を有する負極と、前記正極および前記負極の間に挿入された、無機絶縁体を80質量%以上の割合で含有する多孔性の絶縁層とで構成し、前記絶縁層の空孔率を50%以下とし、前記非水電解液の質量を、前記正極活物質層、前記負極活物質層および前記絶縁層の質量の合計と、前記非水電解液の質量との総和に対し、2%以上60%以下とする。【選択図】 なし |
