Zusammenfassung: | To provide an oil management system that is able to accurately determine necessity of oil change or the like, able to estimate a deterioration limit prediction time at which oil change or the like for an apparatus is required, and able to perform appropriate maintenance according to a plan.SOLUTION: Control means 8 has: a storage unit 11 in which deterioration limit electric resistance is stored in advance, the deterioration limit electric resistance being electric resistance of oil when the oil has a specific temperature and being electric resistance when an apparatus is operated for a deterioration limit time under a predetermined condition; a resistance determination unit 13 that determines whether a measured electric resistance of a compound sensor 6 is equal to or lower than the deterioration limit electric resistance or not; a maintenance work determination unit 14 that determines, based on a determination result of the result determination unit 13, whether oil change or oil replenishment is required for an oil storage unit; and a deterioration limit prediction time estimation unit 15 that estimates a deterioration limit prediction time at which an electric resistance measured by the compound sensor 6 becomes equal to or lower than the deterioration limit electric resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】オイル交換等の要否を正確に判定できるとともに、機器のオイル交換等が必要となる劣化限界予定時間を推定することができ、計画的に適切なメンテナンスを行うことができるオイル管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】制御手段8は、オイルが特定温度である場合のこのオイルの電気抵抗であって、機器を所定の条件下において劣化限界時間運転したときの電気抵抗たる劣化限界電気抵抗が予め記憶された記憶部11と、複合センサー6の測定電気抵抗が、劣化限界電気抵抗以下であるか否かを判定する抵抗判定部13と、抵抗判定部13の判定結果を基に、オイル貯留部への対応としてオイルの交換又はオイルの補充のいずれかが必要であるか否かを判定する保守作業判定部14と、複合センサー6により測定される電気抵抗が劣化限界電気抵抗以下となる劣化限界予定時間を推定する劣化限界予定時間推定部15とを有する。【選択図】図2 |
