To provide an intercom system for collective facilities capable of smoothly transmitting information, which is obtained by a fire sensing system, to each of facilities accommodated by the intercom system for collective facilities.SOLUTION: An intercom system 10 controls speech made between a master machine 41, which is installed in each of dwelling units of a collective housing, and a caretaker master machine 65 installed in a common space of the collective housing.
