Zusammenfassung: | To provide a training device suitable for training of an object gripping operation.SOLUTION: A training device 2 includes a finger brace 20, a beam 7 and an actuator 40. The finger brace 20 is configured so as to restrict four fingers except for the thumb of the hand TH of a subject and to be bendable in the bending direction of the four fingers. The one end of the beam 7 is connected to a base 3 so as to be rotatable coaxially with a rotary shaft around the dorsal flexion/palmar flexion of the wrist of an arm placed on the training device 2. The other end of the beam 7 is connected to a base part of the finger brace 20. The actuator 40 bends the finger brace 20 and at the same time, rotates the beam 7 (finger brace 20) in the dorsiflexion direction of the hand. The training device 2 bends the four fingers except for the thumb and at the same time, makes the hand TH be subjected to dorsal flexion. The training device 2 interlocks the bending of the four fingers except for the thumb with the dorsal flexion of the hand, and thereby can simulate movement close to the operation of gripping an object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本明細書は、物体把持動作の訓練に適した訓練装置を提供する。【解決手段】訓練装置2は、指装具20と、梁7と、アクチュエータ40を備えている。指装具20は、被験者の手THの母指以外の四指を拘束するとともに四指の屈曲方向に屈曲可能に構成されている。梁7の一端は、訓練装置2に置かれた腕の手首の背屈/掌屈回りの回転軸と同軸に回転可能になるように土台3に連結されている。梁7の他端は、指装具20の基部に連結されている。アクチュエータ40は、指装具20を屈曲させると同時に梁7(指装具20)を手の背屈方向に回転させる。訓練装置2は、母指以外の四指を屈曲させると同時に手THを背屈させる。訓練装置2は、母指を除く四指の屈曲と手の背屈を連動させることで、物を把持する動作に近い動きを模擬することができる。【選択図】図1 |
