To provide an oxygen enricher which may comprise a handle part in a configuration in which size increase of a whole device in a vertical direction can be suppressed and intensity can be secured.SOLUTION: An oxygen enricher 1 is configured so that, a housing 50 has an open hole 94, and a handle part 82 is adjacent to the open hole 94.
