Zusammenfassung:To analyze assumed accidents at a required calculation cycle while maintaining high calculation accuracy.SOLUTION: The system stabilization system includes: a system fault calculation unit for analyzing an assumed accident in a power system on the basis of information indicating a status of the power system including a renewable energy device; a control command unit for generating a control command on the basis of the analysis result of the system fault calculation unit; and a renewable energy control unit for controlling the renewable energy device on the basis of the control command generated by the control command unit. The system fault calculation unit represents a renewable energy device among elements belonging to the power system with a three-phase instantaneous value model, represents elements other than the renewable energy devices of the elements belonging to the power system with a three-phase instantaneous value model and an effective value model, and analyzes an assumed accident using the three-phase instantaneous value model and the effective value model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高い計算精度を維持し且つ要求される計算周期で想定事故を解析すること。【解決手段】再生可能エネルギー装置を含む電力系統の状態を示す情報を基に電力系統における想定事故を解析する系統事故演算部と、系統事故演算部の解析結果を基に制御指令を生成する制御指令部と、制御指令部の生成による制御指令を基に再生可能エネルギー装置を制御する再生可能エネルギー制御部を備え、系統事故演算部は、電力系統に属する要素のうち再生可能エネルギー装置を三相瞬時値モデルで表現し、電力系統に属する要素のうち再生可能エネルギー装置以外の要素を三相瞬時値モデルと実効値モデルで表現し、三相瞬時値モデルと実効値モデルを用いて想定事故を解析する。【選択図】図1
