Zusammenfassung:To provide a board connector device ensuring sufficient elasticity of an elastic shell member which takes elastic holding engagement state for a mating connector device, when brought into mating connection state with the mating connector device, even under a state where overall height is reduced.SOLUTION: A board connector device includes an insulation housing 15, multiple contacts 16, and an elastic shell member 17 taking elastic holding engagement state for a mating connector device 12. The elastic shell member is formed to have a strip part 18 elongating around the insulation housing while accompanying a first fixing part 21 to be fastened to a circuit board 13, and elastically abutting the inner surface part on the outer surface part of the mating connector device, a bending protrusion 19 protruding from the end while bending, and an extension part 20 elongating while bending furthermore from the end to take a position facing the strip part, and fastened to the circuit board, and provided with a second fixing part 22 fastened to the circuit board, where the strip part, the bending protrusion and the extension part, from the first fixing part to the second fixing part, form a spring part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】全体の低背化が図られたもとにあっても、相手方コネクタ装置との嵌合接続状態におかれるとき相手方コネクタ装置に対する弾性保持係合状態をとる弾性シェル部材を充分な弾性を具えたものとすることができる基板コネクタ装置を提供する。【解決手段】絶縁ハウジング15と複数のコンタクト16と相手方コネクタ装置12に対する弾性保持係合状態をとる弾性シェル部材17とを備え、弾性シェル部材が、回路基板13に固着される第1の固定部21を伴って絶縁ハウジングの周囲に沿って伸び、内面部を相手方コネクタ装置の外面部に弾性当接させる帯状部18と、その端部から屈曲して突出する屈曲突出部19と、その端部からさらに屈曲して伸びて帯状部に対向する位置をとり、回路基板に固着される第2の固定部22が設けられた延伸部20とを有して形成され、第1の固定部から第2の固定部に至る帯状部,屈曲突出部及び延伸部がバネ部を形成する。【選択図】図1
