To provide a mask that facilitates peeling a mouth-contacting sheet.SOLUTION: The mask comprises a body part in which multiple sheets are laminated, the body part having pleats in one or more portions, the pleats including mountain fold lines 16 and valley fold lines 17 extending horizontally. A mouth-contacting sheet 21, to be in contact with the mouth of a wearer, of the multiple sheets is provided with a peel-off part 40 whose circumference is defined by left and right perforation lines 33, 34, which extend vertically, and perforation lines 35, 36, which connect upper and lower ends of the left and right perforation lines 33, 34.
