Zusammenfassung:To provide a composition for a long-term reversible male contraceptive by forming a hydrogel tissue bridge that can create an occlusion within the vas deferens.SOLUTION: Methods for synthesis of hydrogel tissue bridges comprise dissolving a styrene maleic acid-based polymer in dimethyl sulfoxide and injecting it into the vasa deferentia of male subjects thereby creating a hydrogel tissue bridge. The hydrogel tissue bridge is disrupted by injecting the lumen of the vas deferens with a basic buffer solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】長期的可逆的男性避妊の為、輸精管内に閉塞状態を作ることができるヒドロゲル組織ブリッジを形成する組成物の提供。【解決手段】ヒドロゲル組織ブリッジの合成のためにスチレンマレイン酸系ポリマーをジメチルスルホキシドに溶解させて男性被検体の輸精管に注射し、ヒドロゲル組織ブリッジを作る方法。また、このヒドロゲル組織ブリッジは、輸精管の管腔に塩基性緩衝液を注射することにより破壊することができる方法。【選択図】なし
