To provide oil-based cleansing cosmetics that can demonstrate high cleansing power even a wet site with water attached and is easy to wash away cosmetics and cleansing cosmetics, with water or hot water.SOLUTION: Provided is an oil-based cleansing cosmetic comprising: (a-1) 6-11% by mass of a nonionic surfactant that is liquid at room temperature with an HLB value of 4.5 or less, (a-2) 13-25% by mass of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 13 or more, (b) 10-30% by mass of hydrocarbon oil, (c) 1-71% by mass of ester oil and (d) 0.1-20% by mass of amphiphilic substance compatible with oil and water, having a solubility in 100 g of water of 1 g or more at 25°C. and a solubility in 100 g of triethylhexanoin of 10 g or more, the mass ratio (a-1)/(a-2) of the component (a-1) to the component (a-2) being 0.1 to 0.8.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】水が付着した濡れた部位であっても高いクレンジング力を発揮することができ、かつ化粧料や化粧品のクレンジング後における水や湯での洗い流しが容易な油性クレンジング化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】以下の成分（ａ−１）ＨＬＢ値が４．５以下の常温で液状の非イオン性界面活性剤６〜１１質量％、（ａ−２）ＨＬＢ値が１３以上の非イオン性界面活性剤１３〜２５質量％、（ｂ）炭化水素油１０〜３０質量％、（ｃ）エステル油１〜７１質量％および（ｄ）２５℃において、水１００ｇへの溶解性が１ｇ以上であり、かつトリエチルヘキサノイン１００ｇへの溶解性が１０ｇ以上である、油分及び水と相溶可能な両親媒性物質０．１〜２０質量％を含み、前記成分（ａ−２）に対する成分（ａ−１）の質量比（ａ−１）／（ａ−２）が０．１〜０．８であることを特徴とする油性クレンジング化粧料である。【選択図】なし
