Zusammenfassung: | To provide a vertical decanter type centrifugal separation device and so on which can perform solid-liquid separation processing by centrifugal separation and discharge processing of solid matters in parallel with each other.SOLUTION: The vertical decanter type centrifugal separation device comprises: a bowl in which a separated liquid discharge port for discharging separated liquid is formed on axial one end side and a separated solid matter discharge port for discharging separated solid matter is formed on the other end side a feeding part which feeds raw liquid as processed material to the bowl; a screw conveyor which is arranged inside the bowl and is rotationally driven at a rotational speed different from that of the bowl; and a differential speed generation mechanism which generates a differential speed between the bowel and the screw conveyor. The plurality of separated solid matter discharge ports are formed at an equal interval in a circumferential direction of the bowl, a valve which is moved between an opening position and a closing position is provided in each of the separated solid matter discharge ports and each of the valves is moved to either one side position of the opening position and the closing position due to a centrifugal force when a centrifugal force of the bowl reaches a predetermined movement centrifugal force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】遠心分離による固液分離処理と固形物の排出処理とを並行して行うことが可能な竪形デカンタ式遠心分離装置等を提供する。【解決手段】軸方向における一端側に分離液を排出する分離液排出口が形成され、他端側に分離固形物を排出する分離固形物排出口が形成されたボウルと、前記ボウルに処理物である原液を供給するフィード部と、前記ボウルの内側に配置され、前記ボウルとは異なる回転速度で回転駆動されるスクリューコンベアと、前記ボウルと前記スクリューコンベアとの間で差速を発生させる差速発生機構と、を備え、前記分離固形物排出口は、前記ボウルの周方向に複数個等間隔に形成されており、各前記分離固形物排出口のそれぞれには、開位置と閉位置との間で動作するバルブが設けられており、前記バルブは、前記ボウルの遠心力が所定の動作遠心力に到達した時に、遠心力により前記開位置及び前記閉位置のうちいずれか一方の位置に移動することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
