【課題】系統から受ける電力、再生可能エネルギー発電による電力、蓄電池から放電された電力を併用する場合に、日照時間や負荷の変動の推移の予測による計画電力の推定ロジックを確立し、ピークカットの担保と商用電力系統への売電回避を両立する。【解決手段】蓄電池出力選択部78には、蓄電量上限値演算部70Bから蓄電量上限値Smaxが入力され、蓄電量下限値演算部70Aから蓄電量下限値Sminが入力され、蓄電池放電上限決定部84から蓄電池放電上限X'outが入力され、蓄電池充電上限決定部86から蓄電池放電下限X'inが入力され、設定値記憶部72から上限蓄電余裕幅Uhigh及び下限蓄電余裕幅Ulowが読み出される。判定式−蓄電池出力テーブル78Tに基づき、入力される現在蓄電量Sが、何れの範囲に属するかを判定し、蓄電池出力Xを選択する。【選択図】図4 |
