Zusammenfassung:To attain improvement in noise reduction effects.SOLUTION: A power conversion device (1) comprises: a circuit module (13); a tray (17) which is electrically insulated from the circuit module and to which the circuit module (13) is fixed; a first capacitor (15) which reduces common-mode noise generated in the circuit module (13); a shield plate (18) in contact with the tray (17); and a conductive member (19) connecting the first capacitor (15) with the shield plate (18). A series resonance circuit consists of the first capacitor (15) and the conductive member (19).
