To provide a flat cable capable of being routed in a space-saving manner, and an electronic device having the same.SOLUTION: A flat cable having a plurality of conductive wires has a first zone 301 and a second zone 302 which are divided by a slit SL arranged between a first conductive wire and a second conducive wire, and are overlapped at least partially in a view from a thickness direction of the flat cable 108.
