The plurality of conductive wires has a third conducive wire arranged in the first zone 301 and neighboring the first conductor, and a fourth conductive wire arranged in the second zone 302 and neighboring the second conductor, and a gap between the first conductive wire and the second conductive wire is wider than a gap between the first conductive wire and the third conductive wire and a gap between the second conductive wire and the fourth conductive wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
