Zusammenfassung:To suitably execute a support control for avoiding a vehicle collision.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device (200) is comprised of: a calculation means (210) for calculating an arrival time to a collision prediction point where an estimated turning route of an own vehicle and an estimated traveling route of an oncoming vehicle intersect when the own vehicle (10) makes a right turn or a left turn at an intersection; a determination means (220) for determining whether or not a traffic signal at the intersection is displaying a specific signal that permits a right turn or a left turn while prohibiting a straight advance; and an execution means (230) for executing a deceleration control for avoiding a collision between the own vehicle and the oncoming vehicle (i) when a specific signal is displayed, and not executing a deceleration control and alerting to a driver of the own vehicle (ii) when the specific signal is not displayed on condition that the arrival time is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両の衝突を回避するための支援制御を好適に実行する。【解決手段】車両制御装置(200)は、交差点における自車両(10)の右折又は左折時に、自車両の推定旋回ルートと対向車両の推定走行ルートとが交差する衝突予測点までの到達時間を算出する算出手段(210)と、交差点の信号機が、右折又は左折を許可する一方で直進を禁止する特定信号を表示しているか否かを判定する判定手段(220)と、到達時間が所定閾値以下であることを条件に、(i)特定信号が表示されている場合には、自車両と対向車両との衝突を回避するための減速制御を実行し、(ii)特定信号が表示されていない場合には、減速制御を実行せずに、自車両の運転者への注意喚起を実行する実行手段(230)とを備える。【選択図】図1
