Zusammenfassung:To provide a bearing member capable of easily radiating frictional heat caused by friction with a rotary shaft of a screw to the outside of a housing.SOLUTION: A bearing member comprises: a member body part 2 having a thickness reduction recessed part 21c at a bottom 21 of a cylindrical part 21 consisting of a thermoplastic resin composition so as to face an opening end of the cylindrical part 21; and a seal part 3a obtained by two-color molding, having a fitting leg 35 constituting a part and closely fitted to the thickness reduction recessed part 21c and consisting of a thermoplastic resin elastomer. A molding defect, such as a surface sink is prevented when molding the member body part 2, and an influence of heat to a toner in a housing is reduced by increasing a heat capacity of the bearing member to radiate frictional heat with a rotary shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】スクリューの回転軸との摩擦によって発生する摩擦熱をハウジング外に放熱しやすい軸受け部材を提供する。【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる筒状部21の底21に、筒状部21の開口端を臨むように肉盗み用凹部21cを設けた部材本体部2と、2色成形されて得られ、一部を構成する嵌合脚部35が肉盗み用凹部21cに密に嵌合下状態の熱可塑性樹脂エラストマーからなるシール部3aを備える構成とし、部材本体部2の成形においてひけなどの成形不良をなくすとともに、軸受け部材の熱容量を大きくして回転軸との摩擦熱を逃がしてハウジング内のトナーへの熱の影響を少なくするようにした。【選択図】 図6
