To provide a head-mounted display capable of easily adjusting an optical axis position and stably holding a state after adjustment.SOLUTION: A head-mounted display 1 includes a first optical housing 21 on which light sources 31 and 32 and an optical component are mounted, a second optical housing 22 on which an image generation element 33 and the optical component are mounted, a fixing member 23 which connects and fixes the first optical housing 21 and the second optical housing 22, and an exterior housing 10 which holds the first optical housing, the second optical housing, and the fixing member.
