Zusammenfassung: | To enable a specific heavy metal ion such as a lead ion in a specimen sampled after dosage of meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) to be correctly measured by a plasma spectroscopic measurement method.SOLUTION: Provided is a plasma spectroscopic measurement method characterized by including: a preliminary addition step for adding an auxiliary chelate agent, which is a chelate agent other than a DMSA, to a specimen sampled after dosage of the DMSA as a chelate agent; a concentration step for applying a voltage to a pair of electrodes installed in a measurement container in which a specimen having had the auxiliary chelate agent added is introduced, and thereby concentrating a heavy metal ion to be analyzed in the urine specimen in the vicinity to the pair of electrodes; and a detection step for applying the voltage to the pair of electrodes to generate a plasma after the concentration step and detecting the luminescence of the heavy metal ion to be analyzed which is caused by the plasma.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】メソ−2,3−ジメルカプトコハク酸(DMSA)の投与後に採取された検体において、たとえば鉛イオンのような特定の重金属イオンをプラズマ分光分析方法にて正しく測定できるようにする。【解決手段】キレート剤としてDMSAの投与後に採取された検体に、前記DMSA以外のキレート剤である補助キレート剤を添加する予備添加工程と、前記補助キレート剤が添加された検体が導入された測定容器中に設置される一対の電極への電圧印加により、一方の電極の近傍に前記尿検体中の分析対象重金属イオンを濃縮する濃縮工程と、前記濃縮工程後、前記一対の電極への電圧印加によりプラズマを発生させ、該プラズマにより生じた前記分析対象重金属イオンの発光を検出する検出工程と、を含んでなることを特徴とするプラズマ分光分析方法。【選択図】図4 |
