Zusammenfassung:	To provide a blood analysis method, blood analysis device, and program allowing grasping of an influence of platelet on a measurement result.SOLUTION: In a blood analysis method, a blood specimen and a reagent for measuring the coagulation time are mixed, and then optical information changing with time is acquired from the mixed liquor of the blood specimen and the reagent. On the basis of the acquired optical information, information related to the coagulation time and information based on the number of platelets in the blood specimen are acquired. An operator can grasp an influence of the number of platelets on the measurement result, by referring to the information based on the number of platelets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】測定結果に対する血小板の影響を把握できる血液分析方法、血液分析装置、およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】血液分析方法において、血液検体と凝固時間測定用の試薬とを混合した後、時間の経過に伴い変化する光学的情報を血液検体と試薬の混合液から取得し、取得した光学的情報に基づいて、凝固時間に関する情報と血液検体中の血小板数に基づく情報とを取得する。オペレータは、血小板数に基づく情報を参照することにより、測定結果に対する血小板数の影響を把握できる。【選択図】図１
