【課題】 本発明の目的は、転がり軸受部に偏角が生じた場合においても、転がり軸受の寿命を含む疲労状態を精度良く予測するためのシステムを提供することである。【解決手段】 回転体を支持する転がり軸受の疲労状態を予測する転がり軸受疲労状態予測システムであって、前記転がり軸受の軸受分担荷重の大きさと偏角を計算する荷重・偏角計算部と、前記軸受分担荷重と前記偏角に基づいて前記転がり軸受の荷重分布を計算する荷重分布計算部と、前記荷重分布に基づいて前記転がり軸受の疲労状態を予測する疲労状態予測部と、を有することを特徴とした、転がり軸受疲労状態予測システム。【選択図】 図1 |
