To provide a control device of a transmission which can suppress the erroneous learning of a learning value of clutch-to-clutch hydraulic pressure.SOLUTION: In this control device of a transmission for performing clutch-to-clutch hydraulic pressure learning control for calculating a learning value of clutch-to-clutch hydraulic pressure during a clutch-to-clutch gear change for switching traveling to stepless gear change traveling from gear traveling, when a gear change operation is a lap-down gear change operation, the control device prohibits the execution of the clutch-to-clutch hydraulic pressure learning control when a difference between a gear change ratio at a start of a gear change and a current gear change ratio is equal to a prescribed value or larger, and when the gear change operation is a gear change operation for switching the traveling to the stepless gear change traveling from the gear traveling, prohibits the execution of the clutch-to-clutch hydraulic pressure learning control when the gear change ratio is other than a substantially-maximum gear change ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】クラッチツゥクラッチ油圧の学習値を誤学習することを抑制可能な変速機の制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る変速機の制御装置は、ギヤ走行から無段変速走行に切り替えるクラッチツゥクラッチ変速中にクラッチツゥクラッチ油圧の学習値を算出するクラッチツゥクラッチ油圧学習制御を実行する変速機の制御装置であって、変速動作がラップダウン変速動作である場合、変速開始時の変速比と現在の変速比との差が所定値以上であるときはクラッチツゥクラッチ油圧学習制御の実行を禁止し、変速動作がギヤ走行から無段変速走行に切り替えるための変速動作である場合には、変速比が略最大変速比以外であるときにはクラッチツゥクラッチ油圧学習制御の実行を禁止することを特徴とする。【選択図】図４
