Zusammenfassung:	To provide a cationic aqueous dispersion good in adhesiveness when a polar substrate such as a polyethylene terephthalate resin substrate or the like and a nonpolar substrate of a polyolefin resin substrate are laminated.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous dispersion containing cationic polyurethane and cationic polyolefin, content of the cationic polyurethane is 3 mass% to 36 mass%, content of the cationic polyolefin is 4 mass% to 27 mass%, and a mass ratio of the content of the cationic polyurethane and the content of the cationic polyolefin is cationic polyurethane/cationic polyolefin=5/95 to 95/5.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂基材等の極性基材とポリオレフィン樹脂基材の非極性基材との貼り合わせの際の密着性が良好であるカチオン性の水性分散体を提供することである。【解決手段】カチオン性ポリウレタン、およびカチオン性ポリオレフィンを含有する水性分散体であって、上記カチオン性ポリウレタンの含有量が、３質量％以上３６質量％以下であり、上記カチオン性ポリオレフィンの含有量が、４質量％以上２７質量％以下であり、上記カチオン性ポリウレタンの含有量と上記カチオン性ポリオレフィンの含有量の質量比が、カチオン性ポリウレタン／カチオン性ポリオレフィン＝５／９５〜９５／５であることを特徴する水性分散体。【選択図】なし
