Zusammenfassung:	To provide a parking brake structure which can prevent a load from being applied to knees of an operator during a collision of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A parking brake device 4 includes: a rod-like stem 12 protruding from a lower part of an instrument panel 2 to the rear side as seen in a vehicle fore and aft direction; and a handle 82 provided at a rear end of the stem. The handle has: a base part 73 coupled to the rear end of the stem; an arm part 74 which extends from an outer peripheral surface of the base part in a radial direction of the stem and then extends to the axial rear side of the stem; and a grip part 75 provided at a rear end of the arm part and extending in the radial direction of the stem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】車両の衝突時に運転者の膝に荷重が加わることが防止されたパーキングブレーキ構造を提供する。【解決手段】パーキングブレーキ装置４であって、インストルメントパネル２の下部から車両前後方向後方に突出する棒状のステム１２と、ステムの後端に設けられたハンドル８２とを有し、ハンドルはステムの後端に結合された基部７３と、基部の外周面からステムの径方向に延出した後に、ステムの軸方向後方に延びるアーム部７４と、アーム部の後端に設けられ、ステムの径方向に延在する把持部７５とを有する。【選択図】図５
