Zusammenfassung:To provide a composite sheet production device capable of efficiently producing a composite sheet comprising a fusion part having a through hole using an ultrasonic fusion machine.SOLUTION: A device 20 for producing a composite sheet comprises an ultrasonic processing unit 40 that has: an ultrasonic fusing machine 41 provided with an ultrasonic horn 42; and a first roller 31 having protrusions and recesses on a circumferential surface thereof, and the ultrasonic processing unit 40 is configured to sandwich a first sheet 1 and a second sheet 2, which are stacked on each other, between a protrusion of the first roller 31 and the ultrasonic horn 42, and to apply ultrasonic vibrations to the sheet to form a through hole 14 in the sheets, and a vibration application surface 42t in which a cross section orthogonal to a rotary shaft 31c of the first roller 31 is arc-shaped and recessed shape facing a direction away from the rotary shaft 31c is formed on a distal end of the ultrasonic horn 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】超音波融着機を用いて、貫通孔を有する融着部を備えた複合シートを効率よく製造可能な複合シートの製造装置の提供。【解決手段】複合シートの製造装置20は、超音波ホーン42を備えた超音波融着機41と、周面部に凹凸を有する第1ロール31とを有する超音波処理部40を備えており、超音波処理部40は、互いに重ね合わせた第1シート1及び第2シート2を、第1ロール31の凸部と超音波ホーン42との間に挟んで超音波振動を印加することで、貫通孔14形成するようになされており、超音波ホーン42の先端部に、第1ロール31の回転軸31cに直交する断面形状が、回転軸31cから離れる方向に向かって凹んだ円弧状である振動印加面42tが形成されている。【選択図】図3
