OVERFLOW TYPE AGGLOMERATION MIXING DEVICE

To provide an overflow type agglomeration mixing device that mixes and stirs sewage sludge and a polymer flocculant efficiently without requiring the power of a stirrer or the like, when an agglomeration floc is formed.SOLUTION: There is provided an overflow type agglomeration mixing device, including: an overflow weir 2 standing from a bottom of an agglomeration mixing tank 1 and dividing it into an inflow part 3 and a stirring part 4; a sludge supply pipe 5 connected to a side wall of an inlet 3; a discharge pipe 9 connected to the side wall of the stirring part 4; a supply nozzle 7 disposed above the overflow weir 2 and spraying the polymer flocculant; a flocculant supply pipe 11 connecting the supply nozzle 7 and the polymer flocculant storage tank 12; and an air hose 15 connecting the supply nozzle 7 and an air compressor 14, and configured to add and mix the polymer flocculant into the sewage sludge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】凝集フロックを形成する際に攪拌装置等の動力を必要とせず、効率よく下水汚泥と高分子凝集剤を混合攪拌する越流式凝集混和装置の提供。【解決手段】凝集混和槽１の底部から立設し、流入部３と攪拌部４に仕切る越流堰２と、流入部３の側壁に接続した汚泥供給管５と、攪拌部４の側壁に接続した排出管９と、越流堰２の上方に配置して高分子凝集剤を噴霧する供給ノズル７と、供給ノズル７と高分子凝集剤の貯留槽１２を接続する凝集剤供給管１１と、供給ノズル７とエアーコンプレッサー１４を接続するエアーホース１５と、を備える、下水汚泥に高分子凝集剤を添加して混合する、越流式凝集混和装置。【選択図】図１
