Zusammenfassung:	To provide a plastic fat composition having excellent stiffness and extensibility, and capable of suppressing occurrence of quality deterioration such as daily hardening or graining.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a plastic fat composition for manufacturing by using a continuous scraping tube refrigerator, includes a cooling step for depositing a crystal, and a temperature raising step for raising a product temperature as much as at least 1°C or higher to the product temperature after the cooling step.
